Chickpea Curry

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Mix cream, curry powder, tomato sauce, and curry paste in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Add spinach, chickpeas, and paneer (if using). Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a large baking pan.
  5. If using chicken, add chicken on top of the mixture in the large baking pan.
  6. Tightly cover pan with foil.
  7. Bake 34 minutes.
  8. Once done baking, serve over rice or with Naan.
